Located only a short drives from downtown Mombasa and the airport, Paradise breach resort sits amidst 40 acres of lush, sub-tropical setting, and enjoys an unrivaled position on the shores of Mombasa, which are a natural marine heaven with a vibrant coral reef. The hotel has access to six hundred metres of combed, white sandy beaches, which are blessed with views of magnificent sunsets, every day.

About Us

A little about the hotel

Paradise beach resort was established in 1999, at the same time where Kenya, in general, and Mombasa's coastline, have become attractive locations for tourists looking to combine a tropical and an adventurous vacation.

As high-end, all inclusive resorts were relatively scarce in the area, Mr Yehuda Sulami, the founder and Chairman of SIMBA group, decided to build a Hotel to provide a pleasant and unforgettable experience to visitors of this area and international tourists who flew in to Mombasa especially.

Months later, Mombasa's coastline became a permanent destination for Middle-Eastern, North American and European guests who regularly stayed in our resort, sometimes even for extended periods.

Since then, Paradise has grown to become the establishment it is today, offering un-compromised hospitality and quality, tastefully designed rooms, high gastronomy, some of the largest swimming pools in Mombasa and tropical gardens with lush vegetation.

Rooms & Suites

Paradise beach resort is comprised of 170 superior rooms, 32 suites and 150 villas (some to be developed).

Superior Room

These rooms have a king size or two twin beds, bathroom, mini fridge, air conditioning and safe. Designed with stones and wood from the region, these rooms are in the two main buildings and offer pool, sea or garden view. Superior rooms are surrounded by trees and plant diversity. Even is sometimes lacking on beach view, but you can hear and smell the ocean as it is just steps away.

Villa Deluxe / Beachfront Villa

Our villas offer a wide range of accommodation possibilities, based on the number of guests. These rooms are facing the beach and/or pool and some have a private pool. They have two full size beds, or one king size, private bathroom, mini-fridge, flat screen TV and air conditioning. Designed with marble floors from the region and their respective balconies overlooking our beautiful gardens, will make you feel totally unplugged from the routine.

Suites

Our suites are more spacious than the superior room. These rooms have a king size or two twin beds, bathroom, mini fridge, air conditioning and safe. Additionally, the extra rooms provides you with a seating area, a small kitchenette and a spacious terrace.

Designed with stones and wood from the region, these rooms are usually located in the higher corners of the two main buildings and offer pool, sea or garden view. are surrounded by trees and plant diversity. Even is sometimes lacking on beach view, but you can hear and smell the ocean as it is just steps away.

Facilities & Gastronomy

Tropical Garden & Fish Pond

Our hotel boosts a lush tropical garden with a variety of typical Kenyan and subtropical vegetation. Additionally, throughout the hotel there is a long stream of fresh water in which tropical fish swim. The variety of gardens and ponds are maintained daily, to achieve this beautiful habitat to be enjoyed by our guests.

Swimming Pool

The hotel has three pools that combine to make one of the largest pools all over Mombasa's coast line. The pool area also has tanning chairs where you can enjoy your company in a friendly atmosphere, overlooking the pool gazebo and the ocean. When night falls, the swimming pool area has special lighting, which gives a totally romantic and cozy style. Additionally there is a children's pool with a few water slides.

Spa & Wellness Center

The exceptional setting of the hotel, on the shores of a gorgeous lagoon, naturally invites relaxation and a wide range of sporting activities, according to age and physical abilities.

The modern and spacious sports centre, located in the gardens of the hotel, offers the latest fitness trends, accompanied by a professionally qualified team. Also (soon) available: racquet sports such as squash, tennis or table tennis, as well as an area to play bocci ball.

Gastronomy

Our cuisine is known by our tasteful international dishes and our specialty in Kenyan food, which is heavily influenced by the Indian and tropical kitchens.

Every morning, guests can enjoy a buffet-style breakfast with traditional Kenyan fruits and vegetables, sautéed eggs, variety of breads, cereals, fruits, served with a delicious coffee or a natural drink.

Our lunch and dinner are a la carte. We have a wide variety of dishes, from go-to international menus, to our pallet-friendly Kenyan kitchen or to our delicious and fresh seafood.

During all day and most of the night, our pool gazebo serves as a snacks & drink bar, where you can relax while working on your tan.

Location & Contacts

Paradise beach resort has one of the best locations in the area, being one of the few hotels with direct private access to a beach that stretches over 600 meters.

Given the great location, you will be able to go out on daily excursion in the region and even go on safaris.

Paradise beach resort is located about 45 minutes drive from Mombasa International Airport, and 25 minutes drive from downtown Mombasa, and is easily accessible by car.
